We went to Arches National Park a week ago for our family vacation. It was a little cold in the morning, but it turned out to be a great day! The boys had a blast climbing all over the rocks. It was nice to be outside together. If William had had his way we would have stayed at double arch all day long.
William and Maxson had a theme song on the trip, "The boys are rock n' roll!" (They got it from a chipmunk movie...thanks, Brian and Paula!) The video below is a preview of their singing!

I can't believe how big your kids are growing! Wow! And such wonderful singers, too :) What a fun vacation. We went to Colorado for a week and it was lovely to be back in the West again.
So fun!! I love family vacations!
Would you believe I grew up in Southern Utah (Blanding) and have never been to Arches?? How crazy is that. Looks like a fun trip. It made me homesick for red rocks.
It looks beautiful, I think it is smart to go down south before it gets too hot. Did the boys do well on the hikes? I know Camille cried the whole time about her feet hurting, that was fun. Glad you had fun.
Did William learn his "coat swinging" move from his daddy's dance repetoire? :) Great pics of an adorable little family.
Looks like a lot of fun. I love Arches. I think its one of those places that is good for my soul. And the dinosaur museum in Price is definitely better than the one in Green River (although I've never been to that one). Glad you enjoyed it!
Glad you guys had fun! I think that's a great vacation idea! We'll have to try out the Arches soon....
I miss you guys!
